Manage the parameter values used by a workflow applied to your space
You can use workflow parameters for your approval reviewers, letting you manage your reviewers in each space
Use workflow parameters to manage content state expiration due dates to set progress deadlines or review dates for stale content (used in the Content Expiry workflow)
Searching and Reporting
Document Report
You can easily see the current workflow status on pages and blog posts across a space using the Document Report. Open the document report from the Confluence sidebar menu.
Document Activity
Page editors can easily view the workflow Document Activity on each page or blog post. Access the document activity for a page using the page tools menu or the three-dot menu in the state dialog box.
See who approved the content, who assigned a reviewer, when a change of workflow state occurred, and the page version when the document activity occurred
Use the included report page macros to display dynamic workflow information on your pages.
Have a different business process, team practice, or compliance need? Create and use a custom workflow
