Support for Atlassian Server Products (and apps like Power Scripts) ended Feb.15 2024.

Request help

If you need assistance with the app, migrations, or have any questions, submit a request through our support portal. Our support team is always happy to help.

Create a support request from the app

You can create a support request without leaving the Power Scripts app.

  1. Go to Manage apps > Power Apps Config.

  2. Click Help.

  3. Select the Raise an Issue tab.

  4. Click on the text box.
    This opens the support portal.

Send an email

You can reach out to our support team by sending an email to [email protected].

If you have already read through the documentation, looked through all the Functions and haven't found anything in the Basic Examples section you can always ask us for help.

Get logs and configuration details

The Runtime > SIL Diagnostic section provides a tool for users who need advanced scripting or configuration assistance. This tool makes it quick and easy to send logs, apps configuration (excluding passwords), scripts and templates information to the customer support team at Appfire. These technical details help the support team accurately diagnose script behavior in your specific environment.

  1. Go to Manage apps > Power Apps Config > Runtime.

  2. Click SIL Diagnostic

  3. Click the Download button.
    A .zip file is generated and saved.

  4. Attach the .zip file to the open support request ticket with Appfire.
