Mail Handler Functions (Power Scripts)

The use of these functions requires the Power Scripts for Jira add-on be installed and licensed.

This section contains functions that enable users to handle emails.

Functions Summary

getUserKeysFromEmails (Power Scripts) — Finds the corresponding user keys for a list of email addresses.
getIncomingEmail (Power Scripts) — Retrieves a structure containing information about the incoming email such as sender, recipients, subject, or body.
attachAllFilesFromEmail (Power Scripts) — Attaches all attachments from the incoming email to a specific issue.
attachFileFromEmail (Power Scripts) — Attaches a single file from the incoming email to a specified issue.
saveAttachmentFromEmail (Power Scripts) — Saves the attachment file from the incoming email to a specific file path.
